Full Ownership Model
Buy physical livestock (e.g. Sahiwal Bull or Black Bengal Goat). You own the asset entirely. Our partner farm manages housing, silage, veterinary vaccine cards, and IoT monitoring for a fixed monthly custody fee.
Profit-Sharing Model
No custody fees. Smart farms receive the animal at a base price. All subsequent regular investments (feed, care) are added. Upon sell, initial cost and all investments are deducted, and the remaining net profit is split exactly 50% Investor / 50% Farm Owner.
Shared Investment Model
Crowdfunded agricultural shares. Co-invest in major aquaculture complexes (Pangasius blocks) or seasonal agricultural fields (High-Yield Boro paddy projects) alongside other platform users.
Farm-Managed Model
